Patch to correct the messages

Gregorian months of January, February, May, and July have a different form according to "Locale requirements for Persian language of Iran", available here:
http://www.farsiweb.ir/mediawiki/images/3/3b/Locale-12.pdf

This is mentioned on page 4 of the document.

Attaching a patch to fix the problem (already fixed on the Persian wikipedia).
