Patch to fix the issue

The Persian translation of the message 'edit' in MessagesFa.php is a translation of "Edit this page" (the message 'editthispage') instead of a translation of "Edit". While this does not impact the Persian Wikipedia, it does impact other uses of the MediaWiki software.

I encountered this when updating the MediaWiki software for a client, after which he objected about the change from a persian translation of "Edit" to a translation of "Edit this page" on his wiki.

Attaching a patch to fix the problem.
