Today texts are shown defaulty with very small fonts and navigation bar appears at the botom of pages (after main field last line) in all pages of eo Wikipedia.

fixed : eo:MediaWiki:Sitenotice who was no more shown untill yesterday reappeard today but with HTML syntax errors (no closing markup by div and small).
