http://hr.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Upload-url

is changed to point to Wikipedija:Upload instead of plain old Special:Upload

That doesn't work, so please set $wgUploadNavigationUrl or whatever so admins of hr wiki have better chance to cope with a load of new images as currently do admins on commons and en wiki.
