Please, set $wgLanguageCode = "lbe"; $wgSitename = "Википедия"; for http://lbe.wikipedia.org
"lbe" is the default language code for lbe.wikipedia.org, no change needed. wgSitename and wgMetaNamespace were changed to 'Википедия'.
I can select "lbe - Лакку" language in my preferences, but the language is not default for lbe.wikipedia.org (example, there is 'Article' tab on main page, but not localized message 'Тарих').
I see no difference in the interface with uselang=lbe and without it.
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?uselang=lbe works but http://lbe.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?uselang=lbe don't
Apparently, the lbe language file was created after the creation of the wiki. Thus, the MediaWiki:* namespace was initialised using English texts. Since the MediaWiki:* settings overwrite the language file settings, the texts are shown in English. According to http://lbe.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Recentchanges&days=300&namespace=8 no edits were made in the MediaWiki namespace. Is it OK if we overwrite the entire namespace with the data from the language file?
