It's not possible to get an editintro on Special:Mypage/Foo_bar

This link shows a working example of editintro:
http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?action=edit&preload=&editintro=Hilfe:Artikelanlagehinweis&title=Foo_bar&create=Neuen+Artikel+anlegen

When the page name is as described above the correct link should be this:
http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?action=edit&preload=&editintro=Hilfe:Artikelanlagehinweis&title=Special:Mypage/Foo_bar&create=Neuen+Artikel+anlegen

As you can see the hyperlink gets cut and you can't see the editintro.
