a bit too many attributes are limited to single page only, possible only the "limit" attribute should have this limit.

I've checked, and it turns out getting the last revision made before 24-10-2007 of multiple pages can't be done efficiently DB-wise. Any implementation allowing the use of the (enum)-marked parameters in multi-page mode will slaughter the database when requesting this info for lots of pages.
