When I check an account, I 1) enter a reason in the summary field when checking, 2) Get the IPs, and then 3) have to enter the reason again when checking the IP, even though it will be the same. Instead, when clicking the IP links from a "Get IPs" page that takes you to the <http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:CheckUser&user=www.xxx.yyy.zzz>, it should preserve the same summary in the reason field.

I had this in originally, but ampersands in the reason where still not being escaped and broke it.
