Under Articles in category "Mathematics", the first entry in "L" is:
Lam%E9%27s Special Quartic

This page does not exist. It probably was deleted and the references were not removed.

This entry should be deleted.

The page had somehow been created with an illegal, unreachable title (containing special URL characters which are decoded when 
you go to the URL). This kind of title has been explicitly disallowed for a couple months because of this problem; the page predates 
that fix.

I've renamed the page, so it now appears correctly.
