We need new namespace at pl.wiktionary.org. "Portal" and "Dyskusja portalu" namespaces would allow us to create separate portals.

Done. The following extra namespaces exist:

        NS_USER_TALK => 'Dyskusja_Wikipedysty',
        100 => 'Aneks',
        101 => 'Dyskusja_aneksu',

        103 => 'Dyskusja_indeksu',
        104 => 'Portal',
        105 => 'Dyskusja_portalu',
    ),

The existing Portal:-pages were moved to the new namespace
