Kerio Firewall (maybe other firewalls too) blocks URLs with the letters "ad" in it. User uploads to the mediawiki system (as the one in the link) are sometimes saved in a folder called "ad". This results in wikipedia pages where some images won't load. Maybe the upload system could prevent folders by the name of "ad" being created.
