The last word "человечеством" is link to another page "человечество". Until upgrade to MediaWiki 1.4 the full word was displayed as link, now thelast letter "м" is not a link anymore. And the same situation is with all other trailing parts of links. We have in http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Linktrail all necessary characters, so something was changed in MediaWiki in new release.

The linktrail mediawiki: message is no longer used, as this is insecure. I'll update the language file.
I reopened this bug since all wikis w/o an up to date languageXX.php get this problem, let it open a few days at least to allow people to retrieve it easily, if you think it's better to don't use bugzilla for these requests reclose it :) This linktrail is needed for LanguageFr.php, please apply /^([a-zàâçéèêîôûäëïöüùÇÉÂÊÎÔÛÄËÏÖÜÀÈÙ]+)(.*)$/sD

We have the same problem on dawiki. Our linktrail should be /^([a-zæøåÆØÅ]+)(.*)$/sD
