wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Monobook.css (compare http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/
Tohuwabohu for example ;-) 

using http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Cologneblue.css only the tagline is 
displayed 

both worked before mediawiki 1.4

I have found the both problems also and fixed this together with Enotif/Eauthent
Patch in CVS HEAD version 1.5(!). As I have no CVS access yet, I asked **Brion**
to re-port (patch) this in the 1.4 as requested by the original reporter.
