By the way, I would phase out the all sourceforge references when people go looking where to download or update. http://download.wikimedia.org/ looks like a much more professional less cluttered interface. I mean you already have paid employees and your own servers, so no need for anybody to encounter one more goofy banner ad, etc.
No reason to remove at this time; rather we might start adding new regular snapshots.
Oh, I thought he mean the "stable version" snapshots dir...bah
