When you bring up the edit form for a (whole) page, a list of all the transclusions in that page is provided at the bottom of the form. This list updates when the changes are previewed.

When you edit a section of a page, the list of transcluded templates does not appear. However, it *does* appear (listing only the transclusions in that section) when the changes are previewed.

For consistency, the transclusions in a section should be listed when the section is first edited.
