I want from "MediaWiki Dafeult" make more MediaWiki messages.
In one from they, I want its name will be "SkinMonobook", and its content in english will be "Monobook", and its content in hebrew will be "מונובוק" etc'.
I want the template of the else messages that I want, will be considering the template from up.

If are you want know why I need the messages, Then I need them because I want add preview back the preview of the skins in the page of the skins in "Special:Preferences". and I don't want the text of my preview, will be only in english.
