Description Ravi Vyzasatya 2007-10-09 17:55:38 UTC
Hi
can someone update these namespace translations in telugu (te) wikipedia, wiktionary, wikisource, wikiquote and wikibooks

NS_USER => 'సభ్యులు',
HTML equivalent of సభ్యులు is
సభ్యులు

Thanks
Ravi Vyzasatya

Actual user namespace translation is
	NS_USER             => 'సభ్యుడు',

Is this a wrong translations?

Would be NS_USER => 'సభ్యులు' valid for all MediaWiki installations, outside of Wikimedia Foundation wikis too? What is the difference between 'సభ్యుడు' and 'సభ్యులు'?

'సభ్యులు' is gender neutral whereas 'సభ్యుడు' is a gender specific term.
It would be applicable for all MediaWiki installation

Applied with r26899. Alias set for the old user namespace name to avoid broken (red) links.

Will go live on WMG wikis with the next software sync.
