I do not know the full history, but all wikis in the constructed language "Toki pona" have been closed for several years now (with the exception of the Wikiquote, which was closed in July this year). None of the wikis have any content, and there is no point in still keeping the subdomains up. I do not think it is necessary to gather a consensus to delete these wikis, as they are in no way useful to anyone. If a consensus has to be gathered, then I'm sure that would be no problem.
Please ask the language committee whether to delete the wikis or not.
The language committe is not (and does not wish to be) involved with the closure of projects. (I should know, since I'm in it.)There projects however, have been closed for a long long time, and have absolutely no content or function whatsoever, and there is no point in keeping the subdomains open.
I will not delete a wiki without a formal decision by an authorised party, whoever that might be in the end. And it's not me.

Reopening per community discussion.
I think this is more accurately categorized as a site request. I could be wrong.

Anybody up for this? There is general consensus, and it would not take too long.
Back from Wikibreak. Removed the following wikis from all.dblist: tokiponawiki tokiponawikibooks tokiponawikiquote tokiponawiktionary
Thanks for fixing, but there's one more thing to do: 'tokipona' and 'tp' should be removed from SiteMatrix - it was part of the request (http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Proposals_for_closing_projects/Deletion_of_Toki_Pona_Wikimedia_projects). Previously deleted wikis (Klingon and Siberian) were removed from the SiteMatrix too.
Done.
