The apostrophe in the username doesn't render properly in the tab. I imagine it probably happens for other "special characters" as well.

This appears to be a customized tab:

{{PAGENAME}} return value is escaped for use in wikitext (eg to ensure that '' doesn't create italic markup), but the message returns straight text, so it doesn't work as desired.
