The Export does not work on the Frisian Wikipedia. Instead, I get an error
screen with the following content:

XML Parsing Error: xml processing instruction not at start of external entity
Location: http://fy.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wiki:Export

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>

Some empty line were presents after the ?> php thing
at the end of LanguageFy.php.

Fixed in 1.4, Head and wikipedia live.
