I was reading the Mark Warner article and then hit the discussion tab. This takes users to a different article discussion - Mark Warner Ltd (a travel company in the UK). 

Then when you hit the article button to go back to the original Mark Warner article, you're instead taken to the Mark Warner Ltd article.

Mark Warner is the ex-Governor of VA and will be running for the US Senate, and I expect his discussion page to be active, but all the discussion of his career is taking place in the Mark Warner Ltd. article discussion forum.
