MF-Warburg is able to make such decisions, although he is not a steward currently. So, this is the decision that will not be changed. P.S. Bugzilla is not a place for flood, so if you want to discuss it, use Meta.

Why do you challenge that I am not able to make such decision? You didn't protest at: http://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10690, http://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10691, http://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10692, http://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10747 and their relevant Meta pages that I made the decision there.
