NTP is missing on at least db8. Check all systems for proper NTP setup.

NTP drift is automatically checked during apache-sanity-check, and so is guaranteed to be accurate for apaches, which is where it matters. A warning will be printed when apache is started, in case of excessive drift. I will check the other servers.

There is a check_ntp plugin for nagios. You might want to add it for all servers :)
