On "log in" and "log out", a link to Special:Userlogin is displayed instead of a link to the page listed in the returnto= parameter

User:Mets501 broke http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Returnto by overriding the correct link with a wrong one.

I have undone the broken changes.
