[Wikipedia problem as it doesn't happen on my home wiki.] Users clicking a red "discussion" tab at the top of an article might see Wikipedia does not have a talk page with this exact title. Before creating this page, please verify that an article called (whatever) exists. Whereupon they think "the article surely exists, I just clicked here from it ... Check my HTTP Referer header. Or better yet check the database for the definitive answer" -- faster and more failsafe than asking the user to double check what he surely saw moments ago.
