*Using Cite only -> no problem
*Using ParserFunctions only -> no problem

;Solution:
:I'm tracing source, and find a procedure to call ParserClearState before defining $wgHooks in Cite.php. Patched version of Cite.php is worked with ParserFunctions under the environment as above.
