TOC doesn't render all items properly when headers contain "í." combination where "." is most probably any non-ASCII character (tested on letters of Czech alphabet in provided test suite).

Sorry, error found.

Such items have been nuked by Norton Internet Security Ad-blocker because contained blacklisted string ".ad." (.c3.ad is code for í)
