On the latest (trunk r24974) versions of MediaWiki & SemanticMediaWiki, pulling up the Special:SpecialPages produces a php warning:

Warning:  Missing argument 1 for smwfLoadAllMessages() in /<wiki install path>/extensions/SemanticMediaWiki/includes/SMW_GlobalFunctions.php on line 348

The argument to the function ($pagelist) is unused by smwfLoadAllMessages so should probably be defaulted   (probably best option if older versions of MediaWiki required this argument) or removed.
