My user id got red. Also my first page indicates, there is no such user, 
the discussion page is there. Where can I find the reason for that and 
also how can this be fixed? Thanks.

Your user ID is red if you have not yet set up a user page.
The discussion page's existence is not related to this, it's an independent page.
Click on the red link, and write something nice about yourself. Then, hit "Save".
