If form page is redirecting to another form page, AddPage/AddData/EditData should use redirect destination form instead of form used in the request.

Most common use case is when form got moved to have another name, but all "Has default form" relations are still pointing to old name.

After nearly five years, I believe this bug is now fixed. :)
