This is visible for more than 5 hours now (all users note the same effect), so it's probably not a simple caching problem. A screenshot is attached for confirmation. There's another example from yesterday at http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Spam&diff=next&oldid=35208103 where more changes are shown that were actually made. These problems can also be checked by comparing the questionable edit with the edit "two steps back" and then by looking at the diff exactly before the bogus one (diff over 2 or 3 edits).

increasing severity now as I got two additional reports on irc (no specific diffs provided, but users remember very well to have noted exactly the same issue yesterday evening on some other articles; they thought it "will fix itself automatically" ...)
