In edit summaries shown in page histories, user contributions pages, and so
forth, Wiki links of the format [[:Category:...]] aren't processed properly.
They show up as red, with the initial colon displayed. When clicked, the link
will take you to the edit form for the page in question, instead of the page itself.

This seems to be working correctly in 1.4. We've started the rollout on 
some of the smaller wikis, and will get to Wikipedia within a few days.

Resolving as fixed.
