(I am not sure this is the right place for reporting that problem)

Since yesterday we are having technical problems in the Latin Wikipedia. Some/many talk pages are not displayed, I mean, they are displayed blank, there is not even a navigation on the top. See http://la.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vicipaedia:Taberna#Blank_talk_pages.

To whom should we report such problems?
