The Akan Wikibooks have no single legitimate content page. Before locking the DB, please delete the contents of http://ak.wikibooks.org/wiki/Category:Candidates_for_speedy_deletion 

This is the entire article name space (all pages are in English, most are copyvios), plus some spambot crap.
