Gentlemen, here is something that you don't see but I do, as you are
blinded by stylesheets etc. glitz.

The zh/zh-tw conversion is great, but there is a tiny spot you missed,
mainly the navigation!

Seems this problem is related to the bug 10837. The variant selection overrides about the user language selection.
