+ Fixing few lines of translations
+ I remove spacing in namespace in "Project talk" to match the rest. Also the function $namespacealiases doesn't work in Thai Wikipedia.

Acutally I would like to have conditions for NS_PROJECT_TALK having a condition as:

If $1 are Thai words then NS_PROJECT_TALK     => 'คุยเรื่อง$1', (no space)
If $1 are not Thai words then NS_PROJECT_TALK     => 'คุยเรื่อง_$1',

But it might seem too complicated.

Question: I found on this page, http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Localization_statistics ,that there are 6/1155 problems with this localized file. How do I know what those are.

Applied with r24360.

Conditional namespace names are not possible.
