Description Matt 2007-07-23 09:26:58 UTC
Could a developer or someone add a more descriptive landing (home) page for the secure server? Ideally something saying what it's for, and linking to the various secure services (links to the wikis secure versions, OTRS, etc). It would be very useful, as I can never remember the URLs to the individual things.

I'd prefer not to do this until we're happy with a defined stable URL layout. Right now it's pretty ugly, especially for various non-core sites which get shoved into unexpected subdirectories.

Perhaps a landing page like noc (as well as a little description of the secure server) would suffice? Probably the best option is to just say what the server is for, and point to a page about it on somewhere like meta.

Done.

Please edit http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Secure.wikimedia.org_template to change the landing page.
