Since a change some months ago, blocked users can edit on their user talk page. Is it possible to add a checkbox to the block- dialogue, that makes it possible for the admin to auto-protect the user talk when blocking the user?

Recently blocked Vandal-IPs and also pure Vandal-accounts often offend other users, the blocking admin or anyone else on their user talk and it takes quite a long time to delete the page, reopen it without content and protect it by hand, so I - and some other Admins on de-wikipedia - really could use this checkbox.

Same basic idea as bug 8440.  There's no justification I can see for this instead of that, so I'll mark this a duplicate.
