Per community vote it has been decided that the Kwanyama edition of Wikipedia (http://kj.wikipedia.org) should be closed. If technically possible, existing minimal content should be moved to the incubator at http://incubator.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wp/kj/[pagename]

Since I have temp admin access, I have already cleaned up spam and changed the sitenotice.

please open a separate bug for wikis needing content moved to incubator...

do you want me to open a open a separate bug for each case or are you fine with a single bug report for all cases?

either's fine - probably better to use separate bugs though.
