When using the web interface configuration, if you enter in a password that would generate an error, it wont complete the install correctly, and it does not provide any warning message(s).  

For example if you entered in "sysop" as the password for the user "sysop", that would generate an error dialog box.  But the installer just gets to that point and dies, leaving the rest of the page as whitespace.
