Please localize Special:Version. Currently the page displays the text in English only in all Wikipedias. The text can be written in a new system message and admins of every Wikipedia can translate it. I am not sure whether this will alter any legal terms.

I think it is worse to localize this page provided that important information, at least licence and authors names, are undeletable by translators.

TODO: Localization of extension credit descriptions. But I have an idea...

I reverted that as it was so fragile it broke extension info formatting.

Done with r30349.

Extension descriptions can be localized by adding the new keyword 'descriptionmsg' to $wgExtensionCredits with a message name.
See the Cite extension as example.
