Description Nicolas Weeger 2004-12-07 10:26:48 UTC
The $wgWhitelistRead parameter works only partially for categories. When a non
logged user goes to [[Category:xx]] page, he gets the 'you must login' message,
BUT still sees articles/categories in the category.

Not critical per se as he probably won't be able to access articles (if not in
white list), but strange nontheless.

Both aspects work for me using SVN trunk. Reading of category pages is blocked
completely when the user doesn't have read permission, and whitelisted
categories can be read as normal.

Resolving this fixed as of some time ago.
