Although we have provided a translated version of #REDIRECT command for Farsi translation of MediaWiki (and it works, and is more appropriate to be used in a right-to-left environment), when we move a page, it still uses the English command (#REDIRECT). I think the "move" system should be updated to use the translated command, if available. I haven't figured out a patch for it yet.

This seems to be working, at least as of r23109.
