Overview Description: When a page is edited and previewed, all categories are shown at the very bottom of the page, below the wiki-code.

Steps to Reproduce: 
1) Go to the edit this page on any MediaWiki page that has categories
2) Preview the page

Actual Results: The categories are displayed below the wiki-code

Expected Results: The categories should be shown above the wiki-code, the preview of the article should all be in one place, not split by the code.

Build Date & Platform: Discovered on Windows XP Media Center Edition (Service Pack 2). This bug should be found in all browsers and operating systems.

This is due to the manner in which we associate a set of category links with a particular page view, and then allow the skin to render them.
