So there are existing pages which start with Wikijunior:xxxxx. I was advised that in that case there could be troubles when creating a official namespace with the same name. Thanks Londenp

Please hold the creation of the namespace and talk namespace Portaal - Overleg Portaal (you may proceed with Wikijunior - Overleg Wikijunior). There is now some discussion going on for changing the name from Portaal to Boekenplank (in English bookshelve). Sorry about that. So this bug is now limited to the creation of the Wikijunior namespace with corresponding Overleg Wikijunior talk-namespace. I will open a new bug for the Portaal/Boekenplank namespace once this issue is resolved. Thanks, Londenp
