After the upgrade from 1.9.3 to 1.10.0, I did some categorization and some template stuff. Now I see no JobQueue with zero entries for weeks.

Your complaint is that there are no jobs? Please confirm whether or not there is a problem, i.e. make a change to a template included in a number of pages and then check the `job` table for entries.

I've made changes on templates some days ago and the JobQueue was 3 items long, now it's again 1 and keeps at 1. Sorry, it's not working fo me.
