Farsi Translation

I have prepared the farsi translations of the CategoryTree messages, based on the information on Farsi Wikipedia. Please grab the attached file. Thanks in advance.

$messages['categorytree-header'] is commented out by /* */. Please explain shortly. Can we remove the comment or is it an accident and the translatation is valid?

The translation is correct, and is being used on Farsi WP at the moment. I just forgot to remove the commenting. Please remove that, and make sure you add a semicolon ";" to the end of that line.
