When editing the section 0 of a page, the list of "templates used on the page" is incorrect and shows all templates of the page and not only on the section itself. The list becomes correct when doing a preview (one gets the list of "templates used in this preview"). See the link provided, and try "preview" without any change to compare the list of templates.

Probably an incorrect check for whether section is set, bringing false positive for "0".
