Recieving error on :
http://localhost/wiki/MediaWiki:Sidebar
Admin is logged on.
Using xampp server on Windows XP. using wikimedia version 1.10.0
Many other pages are recieving this error also

You don't have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

This is not a MediaWiki bug.  Please make sure that all MediaWiki files are readable by the webserver (which I think should be always on Windows XP, but ask someone who uses Windows for servers about that).
