Mediawiki language policy instructs us to direct requests for adding new languages to Bugzilla. Currently there is no code for Tibetan language (unicode). Is it possible to add this to mediawiki?

In names.php is already:

'bo' => 'བོད་ཡིག',	# Tibetan

A Wikipedia on Tibetian exists also: http://bo.wikipedia.org
